Service & Repairs

Plumbing problems are annoying. Sometimes they’re urgent. And too often, they come with a second headache: surprise charges and vague explanations. That’s not how Freedom Flow Mechanical Inc. operates.

The Freedom Flow Way

No runaround. No mystery fees. Just solid work.

Here’s what you can expect when you call us:

  • Straight talk: We explain what’s going on in plain language.

  • Options, not pressure: If there are multiple ways to fix it, we’ll lay them out.

  • Fair pricing: We don’t pad invoices with random add-ons.

  • Clean work: We treat your place like it matters—because it does.

  • Local accountability: You’re not calling a call center. You’re calling a neighbor with a reputation.

If you’ve dealt with “the estimate was one price, then the invoice doubled,” you’ll appreciate how we operate.

What We Handle: Real-World Plumbing Problems

Clogged Drains & Backups

Clogs are common. Repeat clogs are a message.

We clear and troubleshoot:

  • Kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, tubs, showers

  • Toilets that clog too easily

  • Floor drains and utility drains

  • Main line clogs affecting multiple fixtures

Helpful signs it’s more than a “simple clog”:

  • Two or more drains backing up at the same time

  • Gurgling sounds, sewer smells

  • The clog comes back quickly after it “seems fine”

  • Water showing up near a floor drain

How we approach it: We clear the blockage, then tell you what likely caused it and what to watch for so it doesn’t become a monthly problem.

Leaks (Visible or Hidden)

A small leak can quietly wreck cabinets, drywall, flooring—then you’re paying for repairs you never planned for.

We handle:

  • Dripping faucets and shower valves

  • Toilets that run, leak, or “ghost flush”

  • Under-sink leaks, supply line leaks, valve leaks

  • Leaks showing as staining, dampness, bubbling paint, or musty smells

What we’ll do: Find the source, stop the leak, and explain whether it was a one-off failure or a symptom of something bigger (pressure issues, worn components, corrosion, etc.).

Toilets, Faucets & Everyday Fixture Repairs

These are the “small” problems that drive you crazy and waste water.

Common fixes:

  • Running toilets / weak flush / constant refills

  • Leaking tank bolts, worn flappers, bad fill valves

  • Loose faucets, worn cartridges, drips that won’t stop

  • Fixture replacements when it makes more sense than chasing repairs

Our stance: If a repair is the right fix, we repair it. If replacing will save you money long-term, we’ll tell you that too.

Water Heaters (No Hot Water, Leaks, Temperature Issues)

No hot water is a household emergency for most people. For businesses, it can shut down operations.

We help with:

  • No hot water / inconsistent hot water

  • Leaking tanks or fittings

  • Slow recovery time

  • Temperature swings or overheating

  • Repair vs. replacement guidance (based on what we actually see)

Honest note: Sometimes a heater can be repaired. Sometimes it’s at the end of its life and the most “affordable” move is not dumping money into a failing unit. We’ll tell you the truth either way.

Low Water Pressure & Weird Plumbing Behavior

If your water pressure changed suddenly, don’t ignore it. It can be something simple—or an early warning.

We troubleshoot:

  • Low pressure at one fixture vs the whole property

  • Pressure that drops when another fixture turns on

  • Hammering pipes / rattling when valves close

  • Random fluctuations you can’t explain

What matters: We isolate the cause and recommend a fix that solves the issue—without turning it into a “replace everything” sales pitch.
